WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY IS CONFIRMED? 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. All claims must be filed through your local shipping courier. If you have any questions, please contact me at support@thecrystallinesoul.com. Once the package is delivered, we assume no responsibility for the package. As such, we will assess each missing order on a case-by-case basis.   

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the rate your order is processed and your selected shipping rate, it can take 3-14 business days for your order to be delivered.

As much as I would love to pack your order as soon as it's received, Kris Star is the sole owner of The Crystalline Soul and packs each and every order herself! She puts a great deal of time and energy into packing your orders to ensure its perfection! Your patience is greatly appreciate.

WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW? CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Once your piece has been selected and quality-checked for accuracy, it will be shipped out to you. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that includes your order tracking number. Please use that number to track your package until it reaches your door.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Items damaged in transit will have to be followed up with USPS. It is highly recommended you choose Priority Mail as your shipping rate as insurance is included with your purchase. However, damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Kris will do her best to help resolve the issue and provide you with the appropriate resources!

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND FEES?

The payment of all duties and fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. 

I MAY HAVE ENTERED AN INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

For Kris to process your order without delays it is important to provide complete and accurate shipping information. In the event you provided an incomplete/ incorrect shipping address please email support immediately and Kris will work on getting it sorted.

*Please know it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address. If the USPS tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the given address, we are unable to re-ship your item(s) if it has been lost as a result of a incomplete/incorrect address.
